Well, after the 2-1 win away on Tuesday against Burton, Southend today faced Oxford at home.
It was, it has to be said, wetter than a fishes wet bits and cold to boot. That aside we played well the first half and looked pretty good, some neat passing and some threats to the Oxford goal. Second half a little bit subdued with some poor refereeing decisions. The final score Southend 0 - Oxford 0. The music reflects the weather
