The Tourists - Don't say I told you so (1980)

The Tourists (1976–1980) were a British rock and pop band. They had several hits with 'I only want to be with you' and 'Good to be back home' reaching numbers 4 and 8 in the UK Charts.  This one from their last album could only make it to #40. The band split and two of its members, singer Annie Lennox and guitarist Dave Stewart, went on to international success as Eurythmics.

The band consisted of:

Peet Coombes - Guitar/vovals
Dave Stewart - Guitar/keyboards/vovals
Annie Lennox - Vocals
Eddie Chin - Bass
Jim Toomey - Drums

Peet Coombes was the lead singer and primary songwriter of the group he sadly passed away in 1997. Coombes' sons Joey and Robin Coombes formed the hip hop group Task Force.
