They Must Be Russians...

 This split E.P. with Joe 9T & The Thunderbirds was released in 1979

The band were formed in Windsor in 1977 and yes, around the same time there was another band with exactly the same name from Sheffield! Anyway, this band were:

Reggie Mental [Mark Breton] (drums)

Klive Humberstone (guitar)

Nigel Humberstone (bass)

Lance Boil [aka Adrian] (bass)

Guy Rope [aka Guy Wigmore] (vocals)
