Released on the Factory Records label as FAC-39 in 1981

The band were formed in 1979 by:

Chris Anderton - Guitar, Vocals

Phil Barnard - Drums

Paul Swindles - Bass

With Andy Leeming joining on Guitar and after Paul Barnard left Tony Ashworth replaced him on drumming duties.

They were mentored in their early years by fellow label-mates Section-25.

After only their 3rd gig they were asked by Tony Wilson to support New Order. They released this single for Factory during which Paul Swindles departed, and was replaced by Ian Butterworth.
